I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's value for money. The prices were incredibly reasonable for the quality of the room, which was clean and spacious. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure that every guest felt welcome. The location was also a major highlight, with the hotel being conveniently close to the Kaohsiung Railway station. Being on the 2nd floor, the rooms offered all the basic facilities one would need for a comfortable stay.

Location is very good Cleaner does cleaning promptly

Handing back keys when you have leave room every day. There is no logic why this happen. Floors were dirty. Very dirty. Hot water in bathroom is random, sometimes you have to wait 10-15minutes for hot water to shower. Worst thing was mosquitos, too many. Staff made effort to spray room and kill it, but it was not very effective. Mosquitos bite my mother and sister more than a dozen times

1) Aircon is noisy; 2) Towel is not changed; 3) Bed is not made up during the stay; 4) No cabinet to hang clothes; 5) Bedroom floor is not cleaned.

The hotel is conveniently located near multiple public transportation options. There are several bus stops nearby, making it easy to explore the city. the room was clean and had a comfortable bed. the staff was helpful and friendly.

The hotel's building is quite old and the room had a strange smell. the bathroom had a shower with no screen, causing the floor to become wet and slippery.

Very nice internal environment and convinient location. Clean furnishing and nice design. Although near the main street, quiet inside the room. Staffs were nice too. Recommend!!

The location is convenient as it is only 5 minutes walk from Kaohsiung main station.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The hotel was located close to major transportation and there were many restaurants nearby. The bed was comfortable and the room had a TV.

The air-conditioning was extremely noisy and made it difficult to sleep at night. the breakfast was not included in the room price, which was a disappointment.

It is near to the Metro and located in the heart of the city

Great location, walkable from train station and subway. Good price for budget travelers and if you are using the room purely to sleep in. It's comfortable enough for the price you are paying.

Wifi was weak in the room I was in. My 3G signal was blocked in the room I stayed in which made it really frustrating. Because of this I would not want to return. Television was watchable but had static. Service staff was okay, but less friendly than others that I've met. More smiles would be better. Floor was a little dirty so walking in slippers is recommended.

We had a great stay at this hotel that is conveniently located near the central train station and MRT station of this city. The lady at the reception was helpful and offered us a light breakfast even though it wasn't included in our rate. Additionally, the hotel facilities were good as we had access to fast Wifi. Furthermore, this hotel had excellent transportation options, with local buses and inter-city bus companies available within walking distance.

The room was inexpencive but the location near the main station was excellent. The price was fair and good value as we only used the room for sleeping.

The rooms aren't nearly as nice as in the pictures. No bath towels provided at the room.

The Hwa Hong Hotel in Kaohsiung is conveniently located opposite the main station. The room has essential facilities and a private bathroom. The staff is helpful and provided efficient sightseeing advice. The fast WiFi was a bonus.
